I'm hoping to God that Cotto picks Brook as his last fight opponent. Brook is one of my favorite fighters, along with Cotto. This would be my dream fight. If these two met at 154lbs, I think it could be evenly matched and potential for a war!

    Anyways...
    Who wins? and how?

How would Cotto's style matchup vs Brook?

Brook is my favourite current fighter.

I think Cotto wins this and Brook is finished at elite level fights. His career has been horribly mismanged. I can't even be bothered to type out the reasons why.

I'm surprised so many are picking Cotto. I think it would be a close fight but kind of think Cotto would be able to handle Brook defensively. I'd be impressed if Cotto took that fight.

Cotto TKO's Brook.. That eye is gone and forever bruised.. It couldn't take Earl Spence.. It would not survive Miguel Cotto

Brook may now fight under the "Cyclops" moniker.

Cotto grinds him down to a late stoppage in a competitive fight over the first half.

Cotto looked pretty good to me last night and will have the advantage of a twice broken face to aim at. Brook might get him out of their early, but if Cotto lasts long enough to land some shots on those eyes...I dunno'. Brook is a warrior that now has a built in disadvantage. Unless somebody can convince me that his face will take some damage without serious consequence, I think he should retire. Maybe I'm wrong, but who else in the sport suffered broken orbitals on both eyes and went on with a successful career in the upper level of the sport?

Cotto has rejuvenated his career since hooking up with Roach. At this point I think he steamrolls Trout and edges Brook, but Brook would still build an early lead. Tends to fade.
