Who do you think would have won between Miguel Cotto and Kostya Tszyu? We're talking about prime vs. prime here.

    Please vote :)

@140 or 147? At 140 its a tough fight to call. I'd say 50/50. At 147 Cotto should win a close UD.

At 147 (where Cotto will be when he enters his prime), I'd favor him. But this is a little unfair to Tszyu. At 140, I'd pick Tszyu by early KO. Just a terrible matchup for Cotto given Tszyu's power and accuracy, along with Cotto's vulnerability at this weight.

If Hatton stopped Tszyu then Cotto would easier.

Hatton stopped Tszyu when he was what, 36? And had been injured off and on for 3 years? That's not an accurate portrayal of him.

At 140, Cotto was not as strong and less seasoned. KT would have probably stopped him by the mid rounds. He would most likely have stopped Hatton as well.

Tszyu was 36 and Hatton was 27 when they fought. Prime for prime, IMO, KT probably would've KO Hatton.

tszyu cant handle pressure fighters, but then again cotto wasn't really a pressure fighter at 140.

Cotto was a systematic break down machine at 140lbs. If only he never had weight issues, He'd be ruthless at that weight and he would have dominated 140lbs the way Kosta did for that kind of time.

Tszyu would have KO'd him at 140 if they'd fought when Tszyu fought Hatton.
