If he wins good against Clottey and the fight somehow happens.

I reckon Cotto would destroy Pac Man anyone think the same thing?

    Style matchup advantage Pac.
    Offensive skills advantage Pac.
    Defensive skills advantage Pac.
    Speed advantage Pac.
    Power advantage Cotto.
    Punch resistance advantage Cotto.
    Stamina advantage Pac.

    I think Pac takes it.

I don't think it will happen whether Cotto beats Clottey or not.

I'd favor Cotto slightly right now, but I have to see how he does against Clottey. If Pacquiao was actually to fight at 147 again this would be the most winnable fight, based on styles, but still difficult. I can see how Pacquiao could beat him but like I said, I doubt it happens.

Then Cotto is the clear favorite, at least in my eyes.

Depends on the weight I guess...

in a P4P sense Pac is definitely better, I don't know if his skill level would be enough to overcome the weight discrepancy though

Speaking of which, has Pac's punch resistance been tested at 135 and above yet? That's the most worrying thing for me I think.

That won't happen. Maybe 145. The way Freddie talked he wouldn't rule out a compromise on that though, or even at 147. He likes the style match-up the best and I agree with him there.

Pac's so-called advisors have just went off about how Freddie has no say and that Cotto and Mosley are just options and they have other options. I hope he doesn't listen to his knuckle head lawyer too much but who knows...Freddie is the one that knows best..but he doesn't negotiate fights...

Cotto going below 145 is not possible and that's 2 pounds so **** it, just do the fight at 147 if they want to give it a go.

Fight won't happen, Cotto already said he won't go below 145 because he can't.

Even if it does I pick Pacquiao by mid round TKO.

Precisely. If this fight ever happens then it would be a race to see who ko's who first and I fear that unless weight drained that Cotto's power would have a damaging effect on Pac early in the fight.
