Miguel Cotto vs Sadam Ali set for December 2 in MSG

If this was "just another" fight it would be fine. The only reasons it sucks is that you'd hope for a bigger name for Cotto's farewell, and this is a letdown from Lemieux.

 

He didn't expose Sergio. Sergio was not healthy and would have easily beat Cotto if he had a leg to stand on... Literally.

If you don't think that guys knee was worn out, you are biased and have an agenda. You can clearly see that Sergios knees weren't working. He was falling more times than he got hit. He even knew himself and wore long trunks so fans wouldn't easily see the knee braces. I always thought there should be an investigation into the fight, with knees like that he shouldn't have been allowed to fight. Kind of shame on Sergio for hiding his condition. But the NYSAC should have been up on that.

 

Cotto vs. Maravilla is basically irrelevant to either man's legacy.

 

Not sure why you even bit into that Cotto/Lemieux hook.

 

This fight is not worth watching. I knew he would not fight Golovkin, he would have had zero chance!
