    Cottos' trainer doesn't allow them to go beyond just watching him warm up because of the strategy for the fight... but it's at least 1 min into how he warms up...

    Something is something, i will keep posting them as i find them!

    Come on Hulkamania this video can't even be considered "warming up" its a 1 minute video of Cotto jumping rope, which is only one of 10 things boxers do to warm up.

    Not saying I wouldn't have watched it but still you could have not made the thread misleading..

    I was messing around :lol: Can't wait to see him hitting the pads and getting into the real intense work. Hope it all pays off with a career-defining victory for Miguel on May 5th :good

    I live like 10 mins from where he trains in Orlando, i am going to go to that park where he trains and grab some footage from afar lol
