    It is a preposterous stance that he would lose to "most" of them. He has literally proven more as a fighter than any other single middleweight contender or champion out there. I am not convinced any other middleweight outside of GGG would beat him. And I'm not some ardent Cotto apologist. You're just being sensationalistic.

    Weight classes exist for a reason and I happen to believe that Cotto is way too small for this Division, his struggles with Trout and Margarito are evidence of this, and majority of MW's are their size or bigger and hit far harder. While I may be embellishing a little, how would see a match going if you really think about it between low level guy like Rosado and Cotto, Rosado destroyed Soto Karass at JMW far quicker than Thurman and Maidana and JSK is a relatively big guy who actually had the frame to move up to JMW and was crushed, we know Rosado can take a huge punch since Lemieux and GGG couldn't knock him out, Cotto's punches would have little to no effect on him.

    Yeah kind of, I think most MW's could beat Rosado, but I don't think Cotto could, Cotto is still the Cotto that lost to Trout he hasn't improved that much, Martinez had just diminished that much. Most of the fighters I mentioned are way too big for Miguel to easily handle. Miguel is small for JMW and fans are deluding themselves if they think he can compete against anyone in this division who isn't a shell of their former selves.

    so you think cotto can't improve or train harder than the trout fight? gtfoh

    that cotto was sluggish, and it was reported over here that he slacked in training, resulting in friction and eventually sppliting with pedro.

    that trout fight is almost meaningless. i wish he would rematch him

    Don't worry: Freddie Roach is keeping him away from Golovkin, Lee and Eubank. Expect Cotto to fight a few of the defensive guys (Geale, Quillin, Saunders) and then retire.

    Cotto does very poorly against offensive fighters (Margarito and Pacquiao) whereas he walks through defensive fighters like Martinez, Judah, Malignaggi and Foreman.
