Anyone who thinks Cotto has a chance is delusional and/or dislikes Floyd, there is nothing Miguel does great, his defense is leaky, his stamina is questionable, he isn't particularly fast, he cuts easily, he fights at a relatively slow pace which I believe favors Mayweather, Miguels right hand is average at best, his heart and will to win is suspect...

Cotto barley scrapped by Clottey who is very good defensively but his workrate is below average, I thought Cotto lost a close fight, Cotto won a close fight against Mosley but as seems to be the norm for Cotto now days he was in retreat during the championship rounds, Mosley is not known as a great skillful boxer but did good in spurts boxing Miguel...

Other than the two punches that staggered Money in the 2nd Floyd dominated Shane in every aspect of boxing, Cotto is very nonchalant about his fights and I question if he even cares if he wins or lose, in Cottos fight with Zab who of course is a front runner, Cotto was getting touched up regularly and in my opinion use low-blows to slow Judah down,...

I don't see any way Cotto wins more than a round or two against a guy who is much faster than he is, who is much more defensively inclined than he is, who is more intelligent as a boxer than he is, who's never lost, who feasts on slow paced fighters...

In Mayweather we have a fighter who knows he will be judged in comparison to Pac's performance against Miguel, I'm positive Floyd will be pressing to dominate and stop Miguel in a more impressive way than Manny, again Miguel now days does nothing special, he doesn't have one punch KO power, he isn't tall, no long reach, he only has decent speed, isn't a defensive wiz, he isn't a young lion...

I think Victor hits harder than Cotto, he is faster and he brought that unpredictability in his fight with Floyd, Vic had the style where he bulls in throwing power shots which kinda troubled Floyd, Cotto is no longer a beast, Margo beat the beast out of Cotto, Floyd won't have to worry about being bull rushed, easy night, Cotto is smarter and a better boxer than Vic of course but what I'm getting at is I felt Ortiz had a better chance to beat Floyd than what Cotto has which is nada, zero, zilch, Miguel has no chance none!!

Don't be surprised to see a Gatti-esque beat down, Miguels trainer is already suggesting that Floyd is a normal boxer which leads me to believe their gameplan will probably be to out box Floyd which is laughable, no one has ever come close to outboxing this man, only the few who came out with a high workrate and pressure had any type of success, happy retirement party Miguel...

*****s think Fraud is a superman.

It took two superman suckerpunch to knockout Ortiz, while Maidana actually made Ortiz his *****.

By normal, he probably refers to how sparingly he throws combination, how sparingly he actually throws punches, how he throws the right jumping straight on a predictable regular basis, how predictably he goes to that phillyshell, how predictably he has a pitter-patter power. Just regular.

You are reading too much on what he is saying.

He is not saying that Gayweather is like SRL - god forbid.

he's building cotto's confidence up and convincing him that floyd is human and he can beat him... that's a good strategy sometimes is not what you cant do but what you believe ou can do

This doesn't say a lot about how their styles match up with each other.

Nearly anyone with the right gameplan(s) can beat nearly anybody else. It's not delusional to think any fighter can lose against an accomplished champion.

Do the *****s actually see Ortiz as something other than what everybody is seeing?

Because I surely saw him quit against maidana, got dropped twice by another hype job Berto.

They actually think Ortiz is better than the faded version of Cotto!!!!!:lol::lol::lol:

Floyd is determined to hold his ground in this fight. If he was willing to come forward against big strong hitters like Mosley and Ortiz, there's no reason to doubt why he wouldn't do it against Cotto(e). Ortiz is a knockdown artist who's main tool is his right hook, the only punch that has knocked Floyd down before, but Ortiz still got walked down.

Floyd wins easily once he puts Cotto(e) on the backfoot. Recall how much less effective Cotto(e) was once he was on his backfoot the last time he fought an elite fighter. The little Black kid from Nevada can actually cut a ring off unlike emmanuel.

Being on the backfoot as you try to fight off educated pressure takes energy. Everyone knows Cotto(e) doesn't have the best stamina and can fade.

I expect Floyd to throw some combos to open up Cotto(e)'s paper face. Opening up like this can cause a brawl, but Cotto(e) isn't someone that would make Floyd shy away from throwing combos because of the possibility of a brawl.

Cotto(e) will start off tryna that Sexy Sergio Maravilla and roidman ambush fighter type of ****. Floyd doesn't pullcounter if you can step in with the double jab like Oscar did.

Mayweather is playing educated pressure fighter for now to fool roid and roach into making a gameplan centered around that Mayweather.

The only problem I see is Mayweather does really well against fighters who are really aggressive and if Cotto does retreat then he wont make a statement.

I feel with the whole "leftovers" thing is going to be an issue so Mayweather NEEDS to make a big statement....
