what weight does he come in at when he fights at 147? And what do you think would be his ideal weight to weigh in at if he fought at 154?
No one would never know his weight when he fought Manny. Pretty soon some would post Cotto was in the best shape of his career, so it doesn't matter. My guess he was no more than 150, which is very light for him on fight night.
Well one guy tries to convince me it was also 145 (pac's demand) , but i dont buy it i think it was lower than usually but not that low, or else he wouldnt fight such a good fight in the few early rounds , he didnt seem weight-drained in there.
cotto was a big light welter an average welter and hel be a smallish light middle, foreman could be taking cotto at just the right time after wars wkith mosley and margarito and the paquiao fight!
yeah but the guy says Manny also demanded the 145 weight on fight night (hidden clausule in the contract or something) wich i find doubtfull , but wanted to ask if maybe anybody else knows something about this , or even know the exact cottos weight on the fight night. It wasnt shown in the tale of the tape thats for sure.
Cotto and his team are the only ones that know the answer to this question. I just wonder why the tale of the tape was never shown. Shaking my head at times what goes behind the doors of boxing.
cotto's weight wasn't shown in quiet a few of his fights. i speak to phil landman every once in a while (email), i'll ask him see what he says.
Which PPV fights they didn't show tale of the tape on Cotto? And even at times commentators speak about it. In this case everything was ignored, it was spoke on the Daniel Santos fight same night, but then it was completely ignore in the Cotto fight, which raises many questions. I hope he could give you an answer, I probably bet he would try to do his best on hiding any of that info. in the most proffersional way.
