There's all types of different training, the wrong training can also be construed as training too hard. Like if you're only lifting weights or only running or whatever you're gonna be like damn, I'm tired of this, I'm training too hard. If you get bored with your training or focus too heavily on one area you will feel like you're training too hard. Roach even has Cotto do water training so he is well versed in different techniques.

You claim Canelo is overhyped but not GGG??? Ok, That's the reason when he they interview his camp about fighting Andre Ward his camp is quick to back down. All that nonsense he talk about fighting anyone from 154-168 is all lies since he is no hurry to go up in weight and fight but he's calling out a people that are smaller than him (Mayweather !)

one thing canelo can't be accused of is avoiding hard fights, mayweather, trout and lara were all wrong for him yet he fought them.

Oh please. Join us in this era of boxing. GGG hasn't ducked
Ward. Ward hasn't even been allowed to fight until recently
and can't even make 168 anymore which is why his fight
against british clubfighter Paul Smith is at 172. Stop sleeping
for 3 months in between posts and you won't look like a damn
    fool anymore.

............and if the same caliber of fighter in or around GGG's
weight class would fight him, i'd bet he wouldn't lose all 3
of those fights. GGG is a better p4p fighter than Ginger. I
can't believe how much credit Canelo is getting for KO'ing
a **** fighter like Kirkland. It's like he's elite now for that win.
:patsch is the only thing I can do

You are right. But we will see how good he is at the moment when there is someone punching back. I mean GGG opposition is not awesome but at least guys like Murrey or Rosado were there to win and punch back. Cotto recent victims didn't this. Canelo fight will reveal the truth but I see him do good in that fight!

He's doing what he is expected to do with the level of opposition he has faced recently. But he's looking great! Its not a guarantee you look spectacular. You have to have the ability to be spectacular against bigger men who are world class. Cotto has put together some great performances against solid opponents. Just relax and enjoy what Miguel is doing. Cotto has faced everyone...... He's able to sprinkle in some guys who aren't as dangerous as a GGG or Canelo. After all.....he's not a middleweight even though he has the lineal middleweight title. It's an interesting dynamic right now with Cotto's current situation. I'm glad to see Miguel making his own lane.

If Cotto even has the stones to take the Canelo fight he's clearly getting beat up. He should hang them up and make money off his legendary status, I'm sure he could

GGG is a better p4p than Canelo based on what??? knocking geale, monroe, rubio?? GTFO !!! All GGG is doing is feasting on a weak division and that's why he remains at 160. That dude will keep fighting at that weight class until Cotto fights him or Canelo decides to jump up in that weight class. GGG is not getting any younger so the guy is looking to get paid and be involved in a big fight.
