its an interesting fight. shafikov is an aggressive fighter as vazquez is a boxer. i like denis in this one by ko

 

Right, in an 8-round welterweight fight. And that opponent had been stopped six times to that point, with four of those stoppages coming in his first five fights.

I'm not saying he's a hard puncher, but that's a terrible way to make your point.

Crawford does the same thing against a passed it Prescott like 5 years later and look at the hype he gets

oh and that guy with 56 losses has only been stopped 8 times (journeymen with lots of losses actually tend to have good defences)

Shafikov and Vazquez are two of the top lightweights in the world, so I would hope if you call yourself a boxing fan you would care, this is actually a very intriguing fight

 

Depends on who controls the fight. If Shafikov can dictate the terms of engagement, this could be intriguing stuff to watch.
