Would be a great great fight, potential fight of the year, well at least fight of the year candidate. Vasquez's only losses have been against Canelo at 147 I belive, and against Bradley at 140. I would say Vasquez by UD based on his last few fights, would be great if they made this fight.
TITERE would outpoint Demarco without much trouble. . . This dude is a very good technical boxer. . . His jab is deadly accurate, and he has quick hands and feet. . . There would be no height advantage for DeMarco, as Vazquez is even longer, and taller. His jab would just be too much for DeMarco. . . He gets outboxed... I think TITERE is the best LW in the world. . . I also think Ricky Burns would outbox DeMarco. These guys need to fight, though.
I attended Miguel's training for about a year and have seen him frustrate Sergio Mora. Mora gave him the knickname "Trucoso" which means tricky--you can see this on the trunks he wore for his fight with Lenny Z. Miguel beats DeMarco by a wide margin.
I'd really like to see Vasquez vs Soto. Vasquez would be a more popular name in Mexico if he beat Soto. Despite not being a brawler Mexicans do appreciate technical fighters too as long as they don't put you to sleep.
yeah, would have been a good fight, but soto appears to be at 140 now. . maybe if he loses against matthyssee he'll come back, or titere wil moveto 140.
