Theres a time and place for everything...youre there as a guest...The Pinoys showed you loved and in return you try to ambush their favorite son...Talk to PAC man to man..hey Manny I need this rematch..

Thats lack of class and if you dont think so..then what more can I say...same people tend to gravitate

Im one to score a point victory for JMM but man..this is a sport...show some sportsmanship

Erik came there, this is a proud warrior now..showed nothing but appreciation and class

there's a proper place to put your query, but that can only be understood by gentlemen. its all about ethics' either you have it or you dont.:deal

P.S. no worries though, it can be taught:good

Oh come on! Dont even say that Pinoys accepted Erik after he beat him. After the first fight most forums had excuses from Pinoys about Pacs gloves, the cut and some even said he won.

The only reason they accept Pacs opponents is when he beats them.

Classless would also be talking ****. All i remember is him saying he wants a rematch and its not just he that thought he won but the press and the fans.
Then he joked around and said lets get the papers.

Its funny how Pac covered his ass with a rematch clause just iin case then he cant grant JMM, (THE CHAMPION at the time with the same) a rematch when the fight was so damn close and general concensus gave it to him.

This was the right time and place for it. Why do you thinkg JMM was invited there for:patsch

This was used as a promotional tool for that card(taking place that day). Don't blame JMM
for making Pac look like a studdering politician, he should have been aware of what was going to take place:deal

Maybe you pinoys are a little too sensitive when it comes to Pac:hi:

Youve been reading too much into Pacds and Johncos threads..even Pac himself wasnt complaining..even with the JMM draw you never heard a quip. Erik was very popular in the islands because he showed tremendous heart and truly was the only one to beat Pac decisively...Again JMM was greeted like a star in the Philippines and most pinoys thought it was close as well..Pac was getting attacked by Pinoy writers as well. Pinoys are very fair people

    Ok quick question.
Lets say in mid 2009 Mijares has accomplished all he wants at 115 then decides to move up to 118.
    Abner Mares - Cristian Mijares

    Who wins and why???

Firstly pedigree..Ive always favored fighters with international experience and Mares was a stellar Amateur.
..Mid 2009 might be too quick for Abner but hes got real talent..he reminds me alot of JMM..is he with Berestein? Verry good handspeed good poise and textbook punching..very good jab.

Again what you look for in a fighter at least me is the "it" factor..this kids got it..I see it in Linares as well..I dont see it in Mijares..maybe its just me
