    That's why it was so bad IMO. If he was down on the cards or whatever and he needed a KO then I would just rack it up to "doing whatever it takes to win" but he really didn't need to do that.

    Toney is 100% a PURE clean fighter in the ring. He talks ALOT of **** but in the ring there are no fighters in boxing HISTORY that are as clean as he is. I don't think he has ever had a point taken away from him for a foul ever. And he also NEVER cries to the ref during the fight no matter how dirty the other fighter is.

    And I never said his fans should dis own Mijares I just said he was a scum bag for doing something like esp in the postion he was in during the fight.

    It was unsportsmanlike but what can you do?That is the fighting world,they'r boxers not nowling players,anyway Mijares is a great fighter

    "Protect yourself at all times"! Even though it's called boxing, it is still a fight. The time for being friendly and gracious is before and after the fight. It was a vicious move, but not against the rules. It certainly pales in comparision to Felix Trinidads "accidental on purpose" nut shots , when he got in trouble. Just ask Vargas, it ruined his career.
