superflyweight is the best division for me currently..it got a lot of talent there, don't forget kirilov and banal could still come back and theres koki kameda, martinez and roberto vasquez. I can't wait till these guys get their shot

Super Flyweight is a great divison with plenty of awesome potential matchups, I rank it up there as one of the best weight classes in boxing. If anyone is going to clean up the division I think it'll be Cristian Mijares, I believe he'll defeat Donaire and Montiel by clear decisions. I can't wait for some of these fights to become a reality.

 

i've been saying this since last year. the fly-superfly division is stacked. i can't wait for mijares - montiel to unify. donaire should consider moving up, since most of the jap title holders at 112 lbs. are content to stay at home and pad their records.

Montiel and Mijaries rule the roost, thats going to be one hell of a fight.

 

mijares and montiel are the top tier guys in this division, donaire being the darkhorse who is capable of beating these two guys. Vic IMO is the strongest puncher of the bunch.

No one can match the technical skills of Mijares but if donaire's counterpunching is spot on like he did against Vic, he may KO him, but I cant see donaire winning by decision against Mijares.

Z gorres is a solid first half fighter, but has the tendency to fade in the second half, especially in the later rounds. I believe vic can KO him in the rematch (should it actually push through) unless he comes in with a deeper well of stamina.

but youre so correct, this is an exciting and deep division

 

Very good division its too bad Donaire is so inactive and Mijares is fighting 40 year old Sasakul

Gorres isn't on the same echelon in fighters mentioned. Mijares-Donaire-Montiel-Darchinyan could be the best match ups so far in this division. Bring it on! :good
