Sasakul is already an aging fighter who hasn't beaten any elite fighter lately. It does not enhance Mijares status as a P4P fighter. Why not fight the real deal: IBF Flyweight champ Nonito Donaire?

Donaire needs to prove himself in this weight class before he fights the best in the division.

Are you then saying Mijares should fight a shot, aging (38) fighter like Sasakul rather than fighting an up and coming champ Nonito Donaire. Fyi, Nonito is a former superflyweight champ of NABF and has beaten two supeflyweight fighters like Cardenas, Andrade and Hudgins.

Yeah this man I think has an ego problem, always wants to be in the limelight I guess. Funny I heard he almost considered God in boxing before he got KO cold by Pac.

Its a tune up fight for Mijares so I am fine with it. After that he might fight Montiel or the winner of Saturdays fight so he can unify again.

Likewise on some haters bashed Pac, Sasakul at 38 is not credible opponent of a supposedly P4P candidate. It won't enhance his legacy to fight a washed fighter.

Three years ago Sasakul was beaten on pts in Tokyo by Kuniyuki Aizawa. A year ago Aizawa lost every round against Alexander Munoz for WBA title. Looks like a wide pts win or late stoppage for Mijares

Sasakul is a good fighter who in his prime gave a teenage Pacquiao a very tough fight before getting knocked out. But now he is 38 years old... Very easy opponent for Mijares

No one said it would enhance his career. Just s stay busy fight until the the other unification fights fall into play.
