Couldn't find any alternative feed for this besides the Canadian PPV, but I'm really not that broken up about it. I was only marginally interested in this, and am not even remotely surprised to read that Zewski is struggling with a mediocre opponent once again.

Mind you, this is a Canadian - with López up a point on his card after eight..

It won’t happen, López could win all ten rounds and they’d rob him. I dare Yvon Michel to prove me wrong

Chabot gave Zewski the ninth on activity...draw on his scorecard heading into the final round...

Alright, sounds like we can officially kill off the whole "Zewski would be world class if he only took boxing seriously; he's like the Polish-Canadian version of Matvey Korobov" narrative..

Here's another Canadian who thinks Zewski just squeaked it:

...and, if anybody cares about the card's actual main event:

Zewski's fight was amazing. At 38-38 after 4 rounds, Chabot is an idiot. Zewski was doing very well, outlanding and outboxing a very game opponent with a superior punching power. Zewki's got knock down and hurt to the , but did a great job surviving the round even landing some very nice combos. But at that point, Zewski's lost is edge is movements. So it turned into a war and he won nearly every exchanges in a very couragous and gusty performance. Both fighters deserve respect for an amazing show.

Its very odd that you make and lead a thread just to ***** the guy and reinforce your premade opinion. I had a card of 96-93, 97-92 aint a bad card either.

A lot of people, myself included, have maintained a morbid curiosity as to whether Zewski can ever rise up to his originally hyped potential...which means he can't be having "wars" against somebody this bang-average (with all due respect to López). Hence making a thread and then ultimately sighing in disappointment for the umpteenth time when Zewski fights down to a no-mark's level.
