Well i disagree. Perhaps because i have more respect for the bang-average opponent. And Lopez fought above is record or at least at the gate level the IBF north american belt represent. And calling him an hype is just pure bs, the man spent most of his time fighting and building is carreer fighting away in the usa, while boxing was at its most poplular and lucrative in Montreal. He came into the fold when **** hit the fan with the promoters. Nobody as heard or seen that hype unless they where looking for it. Its actually been the colonizied and defeatist discourse that as been heard the most about him. The most worrisome issues with him is how he reacted after is defeat and how he seemed to have bought in the negative social press.

Where he american, british or any other type of self respecting origins he would have probaly had real hype and promotion behind him instead of discredit. He as fast hands and he uses both of them. He is fast and slick, but not enoug not to get caught against top tier opposition. And is power is bellow par. Still the man is working his way back in a place to deserve a shot. Also the Zewski and many other polish families have been in Trois-Rivières since WW2. How long does it take not to be refered to as an immigrant?

The top talent on the nigh, whom there working on building a record for, was Wilfred Seyi. He took the night a bit off in my opinion. 60$ PPV when a live ticket is 70$ is a bit curious, i still buy them when i can't go live. Ilike to support and see the talents we can actually get to see.

I do have troubles supporting Marie-Eve Dicaire. I would describe her as Sven Ottke reborn as an actual woman.
