    That is actually really interesting.

    Per Lampley:

Mike Alvarado was a nationally ranked college wrestler and never took up boxing until he was twenty. His stepfather, Gabe Alvarado, was a wrestler and trained him to follow in his footsteps. He didn't meet his biological dad until late in life. That guy was a boxer...and now, so is Mike.

His real name at birth wasn't Mike Alvarado, but Mike Cisneros. (it doesn't even mention that on Boxrec)

    Round 4

Provodnikov is ducking and jabbing up into Alvarado's face, then hooking the body while Alvarado dusts the top of his head with sweeping counters and sticks the jab in his face. Provodnikov ducks and weaves in and lands a right hand. Big right hand over the top by Provodnikov. Counter right by Alvarado, BIG uppercut and overhand combo by Provodnikov. Flurry by Alvarado before the bell.

    10-9 Provodnikov

    38-38

    2-2 even.

Alvarado better move like he did in the second round or he is going to get worn down.

Ruslan would be wise to keep up the body work now to slow down Alvarado by the championship rounds
