    Mike has changed his mind.

    Kellerman asks what happened differently, since Mike is usually able to rally back and was in front of his fans at home.

    Alvarado says Provodnikov rattled him very badly with big shots and he felt that physically he could not recover like he normally can. He felt he needed to preserve his own health first and foremost because it felt like a mortally dangerous situation. He says the weight cutting is no excuse. He says it was man against man, with both coming in at 100% and putting everything on the line. He feels he was able to outbox Provodnikov early and showing more skill but ultimately Provodnikov was the better man with his edge in power and endurance. He says he gives Provodnikov full credit and respect.
