Mike Goldberg a pill junkie? Have we seen the last of him in the booth?

Goldberg was terrible in the beginning when every other line was anti boxing but now hes grown on me and he seems to understand he is the presenter and Rogan is the technical analyst and it works.

 

Nah, he talks too much during the fights and knows **** all.

I genuinely hope he gets fired and he seems a nice guy.

 

It can be a good thing sometimes specially when its a real slow fight then even when he says something completely bollox i find it more interesting than the actual match thats going on

 

Agree completely, seems like a good bloke but why the **** is he still commentating when he has proven his incompetence time and again. He is not fit for the role, someone else should be brought in. Keep Anik in if they want and bring in a fighter/coach who is good at talking to keep the commentary interesting similar to a HBO set up.

 

Hopefully it isn't cancer.

 

the commentary at ufc 155 was awful.

i get they are supposed to hype up the fighters, but my god rogan knew no boundaries. Going on and on and on, about how world class this and that was.

anik is an annoying stats guy, he should stop with the significant strikes **** immediately.

They should be getting better, but it is getting worse and worse. The world biggest company within their field, should be able to do much much better.

You know what you are watching but he is needed to create the atmosphere, prompt Rogan to discuss certain things etc He is good for a slow fight too.

I can see why hardcore fans want less commentating that isn't analytical.

 

This is what I read/heard too. Not the part about bathroom breaks, but it's what was said when the news broke last week.

I don't know when his last PPV was, I will have to see. But, for what it's worth, he was stuttering like a mother ****er during one point. It may have been his most recent, because it was a weird night altogether.
