If he can boss it the rest of the way, though... and the judging is fair... then, just maybe...

Herrera is putting left hooks and overhand rights together, pushing Jones into the ropes. Jones is wilting. BIG OVERHAND RIGHT BY HERRERA, JONES IS DOWN!!! NO!! His knee came within a centimeter of brushing the canvas and may actually have but not ruled officially. Herrera is putting it on him. Chopping rights! Uppercuts! Jones almost down again! Jones is throwing nothing, just holding! JONES BADLY HURT!! BIG LOOPING RIGHT BY HERRERA! DOWN GOES JONES FROM ACCUMULATION WHILE ATTEMPTING TO HOLD AS HERRERA STEPS BACK FLURRYING IN HIS FACE! NOT RULED A KNOCKDOWN SOMEHOW! THAT WAS NO SLIP!!

Holy **** I think Jones is quitting on his stool.

Round 7

BIG GAVEL RIGHTS AND LEFT HOOKS ON THE HEAD BY HERRERA FROM THE BELL! Jones is ducking and rolling, trying to hide his head or horn in close and tie up. Herrera won't let him, backing Jones off with heavy body hooks. Jones' legs are kaput. Jones is getting smashed on the face and nearly falling down every other second, holding on for dear life. Jones is backed into the ropes off which he tries bouncing to land a left hook downstairs...which Herrera ignores and just keeps pounding away. Jones is put in a corner, rocked by left and right hooks. Uppercuts on the body by Herrera. Body shots by Jones, but he is huffing and puffing for air just from throwing a couple of shots and backs away. BIG FLURRY BY HERRERA!
