Respect to mile high, after the 1st two rounds, I thought Rios was guaranteed to stop him again. I couldn't see how he'd be able to implement his plan of boxing & moving, but somehow after the 2nd round when he wobbled Rios he did it, putting together 2-3 punch combos, in & out, and did really well. Just wished he'd have knocked the mouthy ***** out.

Judges for once had it spot on, I had it 115-113 as well.

Alvarado takes the 3rd imo, although I'd love to see JMM take Rios to school instead.

 

Mile High is now one of my favourite fighters.

Don't forget the guts he showed vs Prescott to come and win after he was hurt

 

alvarado is something else...super human compared to normal mere mortals....he would have been right at home in the bare knuckle era.....an out and out warrior...he'd die trying, he really would.
the boxing history books in 100 years time should definetly have a place for him

I hope he gets the reward he deserves. It was obvious that Arum thought he'd lose again and this rematch was all about building Rios. I'd love if he left top rank and got into the mix with the golden boys as I think it'll be tough for him to get other opponents.

 

His last 4 fights have been absolute wars and everyone of them a fight of the year candidate.
