He was 220 in prizefighters. Look his speed there, he was faster. Perez still need to lose 10-15 lbs IMO.
He's in better shape than his last fight against Jennings but as usual he isn't optimal, not in horrible shape but not as good as he could be.
He's been as low as 220lbs before, so he can clearly come in at better shape, but chooses not to. You can see he's carrying a little extra weight, he's probably around 18-20% body fat, which for a guy on the street is good but for most athletes is not optimal. He's not in horrible shape but could be better.
