It's appalling that the US is unable to produce a single willing, in-shape top 15 HW contender.

Why doesn't the promoter MATCHROOM provide a single, willing, in-shape top contender. They have TWO - in Whyte and Usyk.

    Jesus.

What about John Ruiz, is he still around?
It's a winnable fight for his jab-grab style, and he is an American

They need a capable US opponent for this to make financial sense.

Meanwhile, for some inexplicable reason, Michael Hunter, an easy fight to make, since he's an American and fights for DAZN, is being completely ignored. Hmmmm, I wonder why?o_O

Also DUBBLEPENETRATED ( by Wilder and Ortizn't) wants all the Matchroon/ DAZN heavyweight champion/ contenders to cancel each other out so they present less of a threat to Wilder no longing holding the WBC belt hostage.

I mean lets be honest here, Wilder will never fight AJ ( turned down 40 million per fight ), never fight Whyte ( turned down career high of 8 million at the time ), never fight Usyk as he would be completely out boxed and made to look like the mediocre, one trick pony that he is and will never fight anyone else that your average boxing fan would constitute as being a threat.

Honestly I like Hunter way better than Ruiz for AJ.

Perez is far superior to Ruiz.

Not for me, I reckon Ruiz would beat Jennings or Perez.

I certainly believe Ruiz causes more issues to AJ with his hand speed and combinations than anything Perez can cause AJ who really has nothing to cause AJ any issues. That being said I would still back AJ KO Ruiz within 8 rounds. Ruiz's slow footwork, poor head movemnet and lack reach is going to make himself too much of an easy target for AJ.
