WTF is happening to this guy?!?!!?1? Last I heard from him, he won Prizefighter, had a couple of fights since.. And that was 2 years ago!!!
He's a waste of talent, He was going to fight on last Dec against Chagaev but backed ot at the last min. Then I saw he had a 4 rounder on Price's undercard. I think he's just lazy, most cuban's are because the have like 300 + fights as am's.
It's a shame to see these threads about Perez popping up every now and again. He was down to fight Chagev but I think he got injured/pulled out, talks of him fighting Price at one stage but it didn't happen. Unfortunately, seems like a waste of talent, looks like he has a bit of a take it or leave it attitude.

That's what I heard at one point, but I just visited Boxrec. Neither Perez' name nor a heavyweight fight is listed as part of the undercard. Worse still, Perez is not listed in Boxrec's heavyweight rankings.
