Cool story bro. Tell us about the time Tyson cleared the Suez Canal by lifting that ship bare-handed? That was a good one.

Tyson Fury Ring Fighter of the Year x2 15 & 20

    WK Ring FOTY ? x0

@Seamus how come Klitch dominated a decade yet was never awarded FOTY by Ring?? :touched::wave:

FOTY are usually competitive back and forth affairs. Wlad barely lost a round for 10 years so no such luck on that award.

Seems patently obvious to the most casual observer.... But then, I must consider the source of the above observation.

Correction. FOTY = Fighter Of The Year.

Which Fury won twice , once after he literally outboxed Wlad with his hand behind his back. Fury won that award twice for two non-competitive victories.

So how come Klitch dominated a decade yet was never awarded FOTY by Ring!!?? Is it because most of his opponents were soup cans and he never produced a great performances against any of them? :confundio:

Not even in Germany ... He will get caught, even Smith got caught but his chin allowed him to survive ... Green did the same and lost teeth but held on .... U need a chin to survive Tyson

Anytime Wlad has been KD'd, he has always beaten the count.

Tyson failed that test three times.

Tyson was a short heavyweight not a small one. He weighed 220. Which means he is naturally bulkier than the 6'6 Deontay Wilder.

When know for a fact that Wladimir K has a weak chin. We know for a fact Wladimir can't handle any pressure. We know for a fact Wladimir is timid. Wlad in 2009 was less athletic than he was when Ross Purritty, Corrie Sanders, and Lamon Brewster knocked him out. You can also add Sam Peter, Davarryl Williamson, and Steve Pannell putting Wlad on his butt.

Wlad doesn't have the defense or boxing ability to stay away from Tyson and he doesn't have the chin to take any real punishment. As a person who doesn't like Mike Tyson it pains me to say this. But Wlad would always lose to any young version of Tyson and lose badly.

Short is what I mean, with a wingspan matching his stature. It's a problem.

It's pretty clear what I'm saying.

Mike has been KO'd three times.

    Wlad, never.

How much of a bearing does this have on the scenario posed by the OP?

I wasn't replying to the OP.

I was replying to THE BLADE 2.

Tyson was in his physical prime in 1990 when he was KO'd for a ten count by Buster Douglas.

Wlad took several flush shots from Sanders and later, at 41, from AJ, both bigger punchers than Buster, got up and was ref-stopped on his feet.

Rumors of a weak chin regarding Wlad (and Lennox) have been greatly exaggerated.

This fight is close to a 50-50, with Mike maybe having a slight edge.

Who is Mike's best win (And not Holmes, who was on social security in 1988) ?
