If Wlad got hit with the uppercut that literally sent Douglas airborne he would still be KOed to this day, my friend Let's be realistic here ... I'm just telling you the truth
Another low IQ, stupid post How many times have we seen a shorter man defeat a taller man? All of Tyson's opponents were taller than him but they were intimidated I'm not going to entertain this stupidity anymore ... Educate yourself on boxing before discussing with me
Let's be realistic: Wladimir does not have a glass chin. This uppercut was harder than the one that you're talking about and Wlad was still in the fight. This content is protected
LOL Joshua doesn't hit as hard as Tyson ... And then you post a video where Joshua nails Wlad with an uppercut then goes down after a few more punches ... And how does help your case? Tyson hit harder, was more accurate, had better hand speed and was a better finisher than Joshua Replace AJ with Tyson and Wladimir is out for the 10 count
You speak a lot about Manny Stewart. Derrick Chisora is a fight im not super excited about. Id much rather we fight David Haye. Mannys words , not mine.. Shortly after that statement Wlad pulled out one day before he was meant to fight Chisora. . And it wasn't to fight Haye , Haye was scheduled to fight Audley Harrison. Haye was a better matchup for Wlad because he likes to pot shot from the outside. Wlad didn't have to engage with Haye like he would have had to engage with Chisora. Klitschko would have beat Chisora but he would have looked bad doing it because Chisora was coming forward with a no fear attitude .. That concerned Manny Stewart , hence his words. The point is Klitschko doesn't like engagement. Everybody knows that.. The way Tyson comes out the gate would make Klitschko engage weather he likes it or not. There isn't any situation where Wlad uses size , jab or whatever to avoid Tyson's pressuring. None of your word soup proves that Klitschko could ever stop Tyson from getting close to him. . We have all the evidence needed caught on tape that proves Wlad would be incapable of keeping Tyson on the outside. There isn't a single performance on his resume that proves he could avoid engagement. But Wlad is a smart guy.. He would never have fought somebody like Tyson. Not ever. Big bro would have volunteered for that one.
Wlad was an old man. Fury couldn't have taken the punishment of a prime Wlad imo, and Wlad was a better, more controlled finisher than Wilder could ever be. Fury would have been stopped in 11.
Correct I find mind it boggling that posters still insist that WK was some kind of seek and destroyer...............he stunk the joint out. Full stop. In the US without the excessive holding the Povetkin fight would have been more competitive.....and I do not rate Povetkin well. If Sam Peter would have had a ounce of skill or finishing ability WK would have gone to sleep.............well even this caveman had him on the verge of defeat without any skill A obscure Golfer blitzed him in a couple of rounds...............the same flash in the pan who never ever won a meaningful fight before or after...............at least Buster Douglas had some quality wins, Sanders besides WK got nil. One facking body shot from punch bag Brewster and WK folded up and out....... Ran a track marathon against that Poser David Haye, dead afraid to get engaged............ Prime Tyson would smoke those fools in no time, Haye would get Spinksed, guaranteed. WK would never get time to think and jab and grab ......he would have to fight on instinct and that means doom right here, he aint got the chin or mental fortitude to stay upright A shot to shid medicated completely washed up part time Tyson WON the first round against Lewis.................who is a way better fighter than WK ever was................nobody on this board, I mean nobody including Shammy Scotch Seamus would put a facking nickel on WK at the bookies in the real world if Prime Tyson faces Prime WK.....end off.
The question in the thread is 88 Tyson. Not 1990. Re-read it as you are reaching here, reaching when you showed 2003 Tyson vs Lewis as well.
Agreed. Tyson’s prime was much shorter than most and way shorter than it could have been. That being said there is a reason the vote is so one sided in favor of the ‘88 Tyson.
