He probably ends Tyson in the 10th or 11th, and Tyson can win the first couple of rounds on the scorecards.
Probably Lewis still at that point Tyson had fought 4 rds in 5 yrs !!!!! So Lewis late ….. but if you get Tyson from the ruddock fights he would knock Lennox Lewis out in 5 rds
2002 Lewis was closer to his peak than 1996 Tyson, so he should be favored. But 1996 Tyson was much better than 2002 Tyson, and given all the trouble that Tyson gave to Lewis in the first round, he had a reasonable chance to stop Lewis within the first 6 rounds.
Tyson after prison was a max 5 round fighter. Lewis 96 vs Tyson 96 is 50-50 but LL from 2002 beats every Tyson after 1995.
A lot of it depends on the ref. If the ref absolutely prevented Lewis from clinching and leaning, Tyson's chances would go up quite a bit. The four round fighter stuff is also blown out of proportion. He faded against Holyfield because it was a grueling fight and he was likely concussed from a headbutt. It's not like Bruno and Seldon were gonna beat him if they got past round 6.
