Iv seen some people say that Mike Tyson was already full developed as a boxer on debut, this made me wonder if at his debut he could've won the championship.
    Whats your opinion?

Berbeck is always going to be in front of him, he's not going to change his style. Tyson had been in the ring with good pros in sparring for years, and at the time of his debut he was probably extremely focused on boxing. I'd bet on Tyson.

Would you pick a fighter before 1930 to beat prime Tyson?

Not sure. Yes he had all the attributes, the speed and power, but not really the experience.
    That's the knock against him.
But knowing Berbick he trys to go head to head again and gets KTFO again!

Tyson had plenty of experience with pros, he had been sparring them for years. His style is obviously crafted for the express purpose of pro fighting. And hes not the type to cave under public pressure either.

Would Tysons victory be as explosive as when they actually fought? Probably not, he was running on all cylinders the night he won the championship, doubtful he'd have the experience he gained from 27 prior pro fights. The timing, the countering, all that was on point the night he won the championship.

Would he have beaten Berbick in his 1st pro fight? Yes, though he wouldn't have the experience, he'd still be able to outwork Berbick with his athleticism.
His speed and power would still get him the win.

In my opinion, only after the fights with Tillis and Ferguson was he 100% ready for Berbick. I would bet on Trevor in his debut. Interestingly, I would bet on 40-year-old Berbick to fight 38-year-old Tyson.

He was never going to have a great amateur career when about the only way he can win a match under amateur rules is by KO, given his big reach disadvantage.

Then again, the amateurs are weird. Some guys you think would be set up to be great amateurs were mediocre (e.g., Larry Holmes). Some guys you'd think were better set up for the pros (e.g., George Foreman, Joe Frazier) go on to win olympic gold.
