    Don't get so emotional.

It just means if vitali can keep tyson on the outside he'll win. If tyson can weave or jab his way inside, I favour mike to win.

Lewis and wlad have no inside game but they have a cement blanket to fall back on.

Vitali is too willing to punch his way out and trading shots in range would cost him.

Vitali still beats 99% of heavyweights throughout history, but those who're elite inside or those quick enough to fight ambush tactics, or those big enough to slug it out with him, I think he loses to.

like there were any big HW's good on the inside.
apart from Bowe i can't think of any, and Bowe wasn't anything special on the outside.

Big HWs are naturally not good on the inside due to their longer limbs and bodies and besides that, any smart big HW would try to use his size advantage as good as he can and try to fight on the outside.

As for the second part of your post, that's laughable to say the least.

Vitali lands right hooks and uppercuts on Tyson and crushes him in the clinches all day long. Tyson is gasping for air after a few rounds, legs are gone and then it is all Vitali with Tyson in the survival mode.

Bowe was a great inside fighter. Lewis and wlad were good enough to neutralise a top class inside fighter.

I know they're not good generally on the inside, that's why size is not that big an issue because it brings negatives as well.

Size is important when other attributes are comparable such as tyson v rocky etc. But here vitali is slower, not as powerful and cannot fight well inside.

Laugh all you want. The handful of guys i'd call elite infighters are part of the small list of guys i'd favour to beat vitali.

    I avatared the pic. :smoke

Tyson was listed at 5-10 early in his career before he started garnering national press. While it's certainly plausible he grew over that time, he's said as much in a recent interview that I posted back on the first few pages of the thread.
