Its a joke (although its a serious matter) how many interviewers out there have no idea about the person they are talking to or about the subject/s they are covering. What the fcuk does Dermott Murnaghan know about Boxing or Mike Tyson for that matter? All he knows about Mike is what he has been told & what he has read in publications over the years!

Murnaghan had the audacity to initiate talking about Tyson's young daughter, Exodus, who passed away last May. Murnaghan is lucky this was not some ten years ago, because he would have got more than "you are irritating me now" in respone, & Sky News studios would have been rocked to core.

Tyson handled the interview well. When Murnaghan cited Mike's comments after his fight with Jesse Ferguson, Mike answered by saying, "that was some 20 years ago or more. I was 19 when I said that stuff. You are still bringing stuff from that long ago up!" Mike made it look as if Murnaghan was clueless & did not know anything else to being up, which was the case.

Mike made his feelings known at then end. If you see, its mike who initiaties the handhake at the end, not Murnaghan, which results in the news reader saying "Ouch" shotly afterwards.

Eh? What handshake? I've seen the vid several times now, when it aired, on Skynews.com and on YouTube but I haven't once seen a handshake.

Are you lying? Can you show me, please?

I'm not lying, maybe they have edited it out from the first & live showing, which I watched. At the end, Mike initiated a handshake with Murnaghan, as is the norm when you finish an interview.

After the handshake, Murnaghan pulls his hand away then says "Ouch". You can tell that was Mike's way of letting him know he wasn't amused in the slighest because when they shake hands, Mike looks at Murnaghan straight in the eye!

Mike was great in that interview. People should just leave him alone now.

Oh well, maybe the full version will appear on YT before long.

    Cheers.

The interviewer was a knob for asking the questions in the manner he did. A man is sitting in front you who is trying to reform and change his character, and you wanna bring up **** that happened 15 years ago, **** that he's answered a million times over the years.

Tyson handed the situation brilliantly. He let the ****er know that he's pissing him off, and proved he was bigger than that. I hope his hand is fractured after the hand shake

What was Tyson doing on the show in the first place? If he goes on a show of course their gonna ask about things that happened 20 years ago, because that is when he was most famous. Im not sure exactly what Tyson is trying to achieve by going on these shows...trying to tell everyone he's a changed man? Hes not promoting a fight or a movie..

Um.....yeah. he is promoting a movie. He's also a famous and well liked man in the U.K. and that horrible interviewer just brought skeleton's out
which was the opposite of constructive and served no purpose other than instigation. Mike in his almost ill-tempered way at that point said to this **** that if you had a magnifying glass on you what would we find out about you? Good point by mike. Let's focus on the more mellowed matured version of mike now, and let's here what he has to say on boxing.
BTW, while mike isn't the most articulate guy he has insightful things to say on boxing which is how he came across as a commentator the other night on a small ppv card.

The interviewer seems clueless. It is irritating when guys have no clue about the person they're interviewing. I'm not saying Tyson is a completely changed man now, but he's answered this **** a million ****ing times already, talk about something else.

    "you bit his ear off"

"But the kind of words you used were......"

Damn STFU man, we all know what he did was shocking but there's more to him than that. It's played out, change the ****in record. They did the same **** with Michael Jackson even when he died.

We saw the Oprah interview, why try to be a poor man's Oprah and go through it again so soon? At least Oprah had done her research and knew what she was talking about. I thought that interview was great . Mike knew he was on the show to talk about his life story and open up to the world, the tough questions were therefore appropriate.

In this case though, the dude's in the UK for other reasons, that's all they should be taking about, and of course his views on boxing, not the past ****.

Tyson is a very intelligent guy, he had a rough childhood which fueled the fire that he had as a fighter. The bullying during his childhood definitely had an effect on him, as a result he sees alot of people who are trying to get on his nerves as bullies, and he is right to talk back to them, ...this interviewer must have had better questions to ask? why go dig up some dirt on Mike?
