Tyson dodged no one. Foreman chased him? Never, he's one guy Foreman realy would not fight. He beats a younger Foreman also. Tyson is top 5 all time, IMO.

:think based on what is tyson a top 5 or 10 all time great heavywieght. beating jaco young,mercedes,ribolta,marvis frasier,zouski,fergerson,thomas,tubbs,etc,,,. if that is the case then butterbean should be a top 5 or 10 all time great heavywieght because he looks like monster beating stiffs too. bottom line TYSON NEVER BEAT AN ALL TIME GREAT HEAVYWIEGHT IN THIER PRIME. what makes you say foreman vs tyson couldve been the biggest fight in history. believe me i was around dude. and the biggest fight at the time was spinks tyson. holyfield was a crusier. nobody really thought big george could do it at that point. lennox was still amatuer or just becoming pro. At the time spinks was that one last guy people thought could give mike a run 4 his money but he was destroyed. imagine two top names today supposedly going into a superfight war only to be ended at a dominating 91 seconds. Another reason that mike is a atg is that he came in at a time when no one knew who the champ was and he cleaned all that up and probably the first time since ali the casual fan knew who the champ was.

 

Of corse Tyson is an ATG, who said he wasnt?

I never bought the Tyson myth.... sure he was awsome from 86-89 where he cleaned up a pretty dire HW division

But you have to look at a boxers career.... you can't just pick and choose what fights you want to make him look good.

The only great he beat was Holmes and he was old... other than that he stepped up to fight two other "greats" in Holyfield and Lewis and got beat down everytime.

Very good boxer who brought excitment to the HW again but a ATG he is not.... his resume doesn't stand up
