Okay, so how are you confused on this being unprecedented?
He tried to hire the USADA to do the drug testing for this fight. Who else has ever done that in the history of pro boxing?

I have no idea why you think I am embarrassed of watching south park or living in San Diego.

I like both of those facts a lot.

Maybe you could divulge some personal information, and I can just talk **** about it over and over.

Good point, and its Manny Pacquiao's claim also.......that he's never flunked a test and that its proof enough..... thus he should'nt be singled out to take a real test.

......and yes, as we know, Marion Jones never flunked a test either, nor did Mark McGuire, and Roger Clemens.

Pacquiao is dead to rights, if he were clean, there was no reason to refuse to be legitamately tested.

The point here is that Holyfield obliged by Tyson's request.
I'm sure that if Tyson was demanding Holyfield get tested, he was going to make sure that only the best at it did the testing......meaning reputable personel up to date at catching cheats.

.......the Holyfield test was 14 years ago, certainly science has evolved, and so has the testing over the years.......as well as has the cheating athletes schemes to beat the tests while still cheating.
.......thus the reason why the Mayweather team rightfully does'nt want Pacquiao free of testing for a 30 day window.

If you're clean, with 20+million on the line, you take those tests, if you're not, I certainly cant blame Pacquiao for coming up with even the ******ed excuses he has come up with thus far.

The only thing unprecedented about it is the fact that they wanted the USADA to come in and do it their way. Additional testing, including blood tests, have been requested before, and in this case the request was granted.

The NSAC's PED testing protocol doesn't include blood tests, and last I heard team Pacquiao was saying they would do blood if the NSAC deemed necessary. That sounds to me like they're pretending to agree to blood tests.
