You're right, Lewis is the only one who gets a pass; had he retired immediately after the Tyson fight I could only imagine how many times McCall & Rahman examples would be used in every Lewis thread. But he stopped Vitaly so there is an obligation to prop his name up.

"Blind Racial Hate" is your crutch; it's what you use when you can't come up with anything else. What is even sadder is that even Klitschko fans who don't overrate the the Klitschko brothers are considered "haters."

Apparently passing your tests with flying colors = untested.

Maybe Joe Louis was also untested, since, in essence he also dominated his era and almost effortlessly beat the **** out of his best opponents.

Mikes just being nice, he hasnt got a bad word to say about any one these days, i wouldnt take a lot of what he says so seriously though although its very true he has a great boxing iq and is or at least was a historian of the sport.
He is right to praise the brothers, as I think everyone should. But theres being nice, and being too nice.

With what Iron Mike has been through in his life I don't think he gives a rat's axe about what anyone thinks of him or what he says.

 

What I was trying to say was that a guy like Holyfield fought down to his opponents level, could be drawn into a brawl and did not one punch ko power.

If the K2 bros were not around all the other guys would fight each other in good competive bouts which would rise all their stocks together.

Lewis was not concidered great at the time and seince he retired the is in the top five HW's.

Bowe was skillful etc... but was copping a pasting from a poor mans K2 bros , but his great showing vs Holyfield means that he would have distroyed both of the bros and wins most of the H2H bouts he is in, why in the **** did he struggle bigtime with Golota if he is good enough to wipe the floor with Wlad?
