i thought it was ruddock that he said hit him hardest in a larry king interview. It was more like " i don't know razor ruddock" with a hand motion as if he didn't care. I'm pretty sure the interview is online anyways.

Fighters do that all the time. They don't wanna give the guy who ko'd them credit and say that a guy who barely wobbled them hit them the hardest.

Doesn't matter, he goes on to say that you don't really feel it when you get hit hard anyway. There was probably just one punch that stood out from Rudduck.

I believe the correct answer is (a), Donavan Ruddock, it's actually written on both their wikipedia sites.

I think the reason fighters don't say it's the guy who KO's them is because they never really felt a thing when it happened, it's the sustained punches they remember most.

Tyson has always said ruddock was the hardest puncher he's faced. Tyson's answered this question quite a few times, and ruddocks name always comes up first.

tyson never gave evanders punches that much credit, he said evanders head did the damage to him.

Lennox lewis, he never really said how hard lennox hit, he just said lennox is a great boxer, and if he ever gave lennox a rematch, then lewis might of killed him.

If you get hit hard enough you never feel the punch. You just wake up in a daze. It's too hard to say how or why boxers remember certain punches.
