No way Rocky, a small CW, hit harder than the best HWs. Though he was great pound for pound, & hit hard for a HW. More so late in a fight relatie to others.

Foreman late career? Maybe hit about as hard as peak Foreman & was wiser, still not nearly as good due to declined speed & workrate.
