Tyson is definitley an ATG Heavyweight, the early version that is. He even looked like the heavyweights of old with his black trunks...

What ****ing moron wrote this article??

"Did it take a cameo in an award-winning movie to get Mike Tyson recognized by the International Boxing Hall of Fame?

Tyson retired from the ring in 2005.
    "

I guess this idiot doesn't know the Hall has a required 5-year waiting period.

Yep... didn't anyone suspect his behavior would've held him back?

He even mentions that it takes 5 years.

I guess he presumes that Tyson wouldn't have if he didn't make the movie. What does he know I wonder?

I'm thoroughly pleased for him getting his deserved HOF place.

Tyson & JCC obviously are definates, Tsyzu there's a high chance, and unfortunately it looks like that will be it. Other notable retirements in 2005:

    Dariusz Michalczewski
    Johnny Nelson
    Charles Brewer
    Frankie Randall
    Jesse James Leija
    Luisito Espinosa

And none of those are going to make it in, that's for sure.

That can only mean one thing...

Carl Thompson for IBHOF 2010 Induction! :happy

    Nice one.

If it's slim pickings then they might go back to some they passed over. Naz could be a shout.
