Here is the "original" Mike Tyson workout plan I made up in 2003 and circulated as a 17 year old fanboy

Daily Regime (7 days a week):

5am: get up and go for a 3 mile jog

6am: come back home shower and go back to bed (great
workout for those huge legs of his)

10am wake up: eat oatmeal

12pm: do ring work (10 rounds of sparring)

2pm: have another meal (steak and pasta with fruit
juice drink)

3pm: more ring work and 60 mins on the exercise bike
(again working those huge legs for endurance)

5pm: 2000 sit-ups; 500-800 dips; 500 press-ups; 500
shrugs with a 30kg barbell and 10 mins of neck
exercises

7pm: steak and pasta meal again with fruit juice
(orange I think it was)

8pm: another 30 minutes on the exercise bike
then watch TV and then go to bed.

I even tried to dispell it just a few years later but it just snowballed

Not disregarding hard work. 5X5 cultist all look like they don't lift but juice is widely available in prison and very cheap.

Lolll imagine my reaction even now 14 years later.

Back then I was a teenager, still used dial-up and there was no Youtube. Webpages back then were geocities hosted with poor image quality and info was limited compared to now.

I was only 17 years old then and obsessed with Mike Tyson so used to spend hours a week researching. I found little bits here and there, threw in the word 'oatmeal' to give it credibility and I stuck it out there and it has been circulating ever since.

The wierdest part has been that no one has ever presented a credible alternative all these years later despite all the info and video footage that has been available since
