Why didnt this ever come off? it would have been one of the best scraps ever, both walking forward and banging away, they were made for each other, personally i think Tua would have beat Tyson, your thoughts.

Tua is made for Tyson. Early, one sided KO.

  3. Tyson by stoppage.

    It's all about levels.

I am. Tyson was a far more dynamic and powerful offensive fighter. Tua has to come forward. He has one punch, essentially (left hook)

Tyson would destroy him worse than Savon did ;-)

Tua remains one of the most overrated fighters in history. A few devastating finishes and a stupid haircut=guaranteed cult status.

I wouldn't say that either Curtis. Despite being short, offensively-minded and a power puncher, the similarities stop there.

    Tyson was the complete fighter.

I didnt realise you rated Tyson so highly Flea :good

Alot of boxing fans seem to under rate Tyson now, reading too much in to the end of his career imo

Kevin Barry (tua's former manager/trainer) was pushing for this after the Seldon fight, DK was like Hell no.

Tyson would have broken tua's heart inside 3/4 rounds IMHO if he hadn't already put him away , the prime Tyson threw punches like a gatling gun unlike tua who was like Tyson without the speed of hand and foot.

Tua gets knocked a lot on here. To me, he is a H2H nightmare at his peak.

Tua lacks head movement. Tyson would have had his way in his prime. Just can't see Tua being able to get his shots off at all.
