Absolutely not. I have my doubts about him beating Jeffries straight-up, let alone after fighting three other champions on the same day!

Jefferies probably gives him the best matchup, it would be one of the few times Mike would be Manhandled on the tie ups.

The rest are all time greats, you don't beat 4 all time greats, in very long fights with poor hand protection in 1 month, let alone 1 day.

It could be argued under London Prize Tyson may of been unbeatable. His build was such it would of been very hard to wrestle him. His punching power (bare knuckle) would of been awesome, and at 215lbs he would of outweighed and totally overpowered many of his fellow contenders.

There was an excellent article on this in The Ring in the mid 80s (What if boxing went back to London Prize Rules?), Hector Camacho did not do so well.

If boxing went to those rules, I doubt many heavyweights would weigh 260 pounds plus. They need better endurance for one and a lazy jab wouldn't win anything.

Mike would need to go to hospital after the first one.

He wouldn't be able to fight the second one.

Tyson would hospitalize all of these fighters. They deserve respect because they were pioneers, but please, those guys simply didn't have the skills of even today's most unskilled fighters. Yes, Jeffries was strong, but so is EVERY heavyweight from the late 50's on (consistently). There isn't much if any film on those guys, so we go off of highlights and lore. Look at the photos of how the stood... The left arm way up (ready to block a roundhouse right coming from 2 minutes ago). They would have no answer for today's techniques. They were in good condition, but that's about it... And yes, they were tough, but not by heavyweight greats' standards. NONE of those guys would "manhandle" Tyson. Please...

Are we talking about 60seconds between knock downs? Tyson could potentially beat all on 1 day even under these circumstances. The sort of power, speed and intensity would be too much for these fighters and Tyson was just as fit if not more so. He would also manhandle them (unusual for Tyson) because hes weighing 210lbs at 5'11 and that was massive back then.

Even if they had 60seconds rest - 60seconds rest would not help a deadly liver shot, broke ribs, broken jaw, concussion. Especially when Tyson jumps on them at the end of 60 seconds.

Bascially if Tyson can beat them all within 3 rounds, yes he could fight them and beat them on the same day. This scenario is completely within the realms of possibility

Hate to say it but yes, Mike destroys these guys. Way to much speed and power. Incredibly fast powerful combinations which were virtually nonexistent back then would make short work of the fighters mentioned and Mike's head movement would cause these fighters to miss him by a country mile. Fitz and Corbett would look like matchsticks compared to Mike and would have no defense whatsoever against that kind of handspeed and power. Jeff might make things difficult for a little while but Mike would eventually catch him with a blistering combo and finish him. A modern fast powerful HW with advanced technique spells doom for the legendary but vastly inferior pioneers of yesterday.

It's impossible to say what Tyson would do under London Prize Ring Rules. If I had to guess, he would definately not beat all 4 on the same day. 1 by 1 he probably would, though Jeffries would be his toughest matchup I'd say.

FWIW, I think Mike probably would destroy the first 3 under modern rules.

Sullivan and Jeffires would probably win. The other two, I doubt it, but he wouldn't beat all four in a day.

If it was modern rules, I'd expect it to be all over within 7 rounds. He'd beat them all with considerable ease. They may have been poorer fighters, but Green and Bonecrusher would be far more succesful.

It'd be a massacre. That style of fighting, under modern rules, is far to easy for any top class modern heavyweight.

Someone like David Tua would have no troubles either.
