Let's take Mike Tyson from Holmes' fight and AJ from Wlad's fight. Who takes it and why? Your thoughts?
AJ`S size would be a problem, I don`t know if Mike ever fought anyone with that kind of reach and power before but AJ has a weakness that Wlad exploited well in their fight his left hand is held too far away from his chin and I don`t know how many rights he could off of Mike, the right that knocked Botha down would have badly hurt AJ, so would the right he caught Holy with in the 1st round of their first fight.
Um you know Tyson fought Lennox Lewis who is only 1 inch shorter than AJ and is probably a bigger puncher?
AJ isn't much of a mover. But he does have power, handspeed and size. But Tyson could get inside AJ's reach and his head movement could evade Aj's jab. I think Tyson's hand and footspeed combined with his power would be too much and he would stop AJ. Now AJ vs the Tyson of the Ruddock fights would be more interesting. That fight I'd slightly favor Mike Tyson to stop AJ late, buy AJ would have a much better chance against a stand up brawling Tyson.
He took Wlad's best shot and came back for more, Tyson would be demoralised after Joshua walks through his best punches. I think Joshua stops him before 10 rounds in a hell of a fight.
Definitely, that Tyson that clashed with Ruddock was asking for a crack on the jaw and leaving him self open. AJ would have more chance there. But even that Tyson was still extremely dangerous. I think once Tyson had been in jail and taken on Holyfield, then he was showing signs of vulnerability, to the degree that AJ would have a better chance of success.
Joshua hits very hard and fast too, Joshua has proven he can overcome a rough ride and get the victory. Joshua stops Tyson like no other.
I have to favour Tyson on pedigree and sheer explosiveness. That said, Joshua has looked unstoppable thus far and hits every bit as hard, if not harder, than Tyson. Mike would have to get in close and blast Joshua quickly, before AJ's huge size advantage began to tell. A Joshua win would not surprise me, though I'd pick Tyson.
