Mike Tyson vs David Tua

I hate to be the one to tell the Kids there is no Santa Clause.

But its true. Marciano would get destroyed by a Tyson or Tua.

 

How come no mention of Joe Frazier?

No, I don't. I think he will beat him by decision.

Both Rahman and Light Hitting Barret floored him. Even featherfisted Chris Byrd staggered him badly. Tua can be hurt. A flush Marciano Suzie Q will put him down.

ummmm.....No

No. Because he knocked out every rated opponent he ever faced, went 6-0 with 5 knockouts over hall of famers, and clearly established himself as an ATG fighter..something Tua never came close to doing.

Also because Marciano is a better skilled inside fighter, better at using leverage on the inside, more adapt defenively on the inside, and he has the chin/heart/toughness to survive tua if he gets into trouble. Despite perhaps not hitting as hard in pure power, Marcianos is a better all around puncher than Tua. He is better at using both hands to hurt you, he is better at using the entire body as means for punishment, he is very athletic in his crouch and can throw punches at all different angles unlike tua, he throws better volumes of punches.

Did Tua win that one?

Not at all. Tua would not beat any ATG heavyweight.

Whatever makes you happy I guess...Ill let you live in your own little fantasy world. Tua would smoke dempsey, frazier, marciano, langford all in one round on the same night.




I favor Frazier for many of the same reasons.

 

Frazier would annihilate and outclass Tua

 

Your the guy living in a fantasy world, David Tua would crush Rocky Marciano, Dempsey, Langford and Frazier. So what if Hasim Rahman floored him, Hasim Rahman is a big powerfull man.

A 190 Rocky Marciano, would be sparked the **** out by most of the top contenders at..........Heavyweight from the 1990's.

David Haye would school him, and knock him out late on aswell.

 

If they had the internet back in Rocky Marciano's day, i would send him a e-mail with this youtube video in it, after inventing my time machine.

Why would someone who could be HW Champ fight at cruiser?

 

They don't..that's why its been one of boxing's more barren divisions for decades.


Many of the more successful cruisers began their career at light heavy or even smaller...Czyz, Moorer,Mormek, Holyfiled, Qwai, Toney, Hill, and most recenlty Adamek. Most of these guys still became successful heavies.

 

There were a few bums in there Kool, but no else has been able to knock someone senseless like Tua, if he got a clean shot the other fighter, they just sort of stood still for a moment and then he pounced. To knock out Ruiz and Moorer in the manner he did showed Tua at his best.

 

Big bad Bums..!

How many small Bums did Rocky Marciano fight..?

He's a dead man up against David Tua.
