Interesting fight. Both in their primes at their absolute best, who wins?

Could Tyson handle the height of Deontay? It's a bad match up for him. Deontay has only lost two fights to a very good Tyson Fury. I think Tyson matches up better with Fury's style actually than Wilder's.

Tyson vs Wilder, who wins and how? ( draw option not available )

prime mike tyson would win against wilder.
his footwork and head movement would help him get inside, and once there, he'd lay down some destruction.

Tyson inside 2 rounds. Wilder loads up too much on his right hand to be able to effectively hit Tyson. Tyson is too fast for him and too good defensively

I like wilder but if we are talking the 85-88 version of mike tyson i strongly assume he would knock out any of the current heavyweights .

Tyson... With ease and very early on.

Wilder can't handle being denied space and wouldn't handle the workrate in any case.

This is ATG vs a B-grade fighter from a weak era - it's not even a fantasy match up so much as a fantasy mismatch.

Tyson via brutal KO in a mismatch. What a dreadful thread

    Tyson KO 1.

Tyson would be a nightmare for Wilder. He'd be too quick to nail, and Wilder would have to go on the back foot, which Fury proved he's ineffective.

Wilder gets obliterated in 1-2 rounds. Wilder can do nothing.

I'd back Tyson to get to him and take him out.

But don't get it twisted......... Wilder always has a shot against ANYONE given that nuclear bomb of a right hand.

Wilder has none of the attributes that Mike had trouble with except for height which is useless and actually a detriment without the skills to use it.

"At their absolute best". What it means?
For me that means Wilder Vs. Ortiz 2, and Tyson Vs. Spinks.
Under those circumstances, Tyson wins - fast.

You cannot beat Mike Tyson if you aren't fundamentally sound. Wilder makes so many mistakes. Tyson blasts him out in the first.

Wilder is completely untrained, he stays on the line after punching, Mike would have murdered him with counter hooks and wa a far better finisher than Fury.
