Rahman had a good jab, much bigger and stronger than Tyson, he handled Tua 2 times.

I don't think Rahman gets by an old Frank Bruno even. Tyson trounces Rahman, probably up until his retirement in 2005.

I agree with you, but Tyson should get to Rahman inside 4, if not? well.

One of the most ridiculous posts on the thread without a doubt. You are a Tyson fanboy without any type of doubt

Rahman was a basic bread and butter one two fighter, jab and right hand, he was strong but had poor stamina, slow as molasses, a glass chin, almost zero defense and a very poor Ring IQ.....he did hit lightning once when he one shotted lewis in a dreadful fight where bith guys looked like shid and Rahman almost threw in the towel because of a cut before he struck gold.

Rahman got clipped by a half cokked hook from Tua and even after sitting on his stool for a FULL minute could not recover.

Watch Rahman/Sullivan.....thats Rahmans level right there.

Went life and death with the Flash in the pan Sanders who only gets talked up by WK fans because otherwise he never ever beat a opponent worth a lick, talk about a hype job.

Golata Tyson takes Rahman, early too, that same overhand or straight right that made Golata quit would put Rahman take the 50 count nap, guaranteed.............Rahman is wayyyy too opeen for right hands and even a shot Tyson will find a home for it.

After Rahman waxed Lewis him and Don King were Gung Ho for a Tyson fight and actively pursued it but Lewis won in court and got the rematch.

Lewis /Steward knew that Tyson would get to Rahman and then getting Tyson/King into the Ring with them would be slim to none because they would have milked it against no hopers because by that time a shot Tyson was a cash first fighter who did not give two hoots about the fight game.

Doubt that Rahman looks like an ATG compared to Kevin McBride who beat Tyson.

I think Rahman would do well with the jab for a few rounds. Then Tyson catches him while being behind on points. A little like the Botha fight

Hahaha, Tyson quit after being up 5 round to 0. Like Tyson gave a **** by then! Anyways, Tyson always beats Rahman at any point in his life. Beware of stone statue Oleg Maskaev though. That guy murdered a bunch of nobodies.

You don't need to be a Tyson fanboy to see Rahman was very average and Tyson has a high likelyhood of ****ing him up

Yet he quit against Kevin McBride a club fighter. Hell even the South African version of Lennox Lewis destroys Kevin McBride.

Rahman wasn't great by any means but by the 2000's Tyson was a shell of his former Danny Williams and Kevin McBride were handpicked opponents to make Tyson look good and he couldn't even beat them.

Aha, you're a Lennox Lewis defender! I knew it. Look, Rahman just wasn't that good.

Tyson tore is knee against Danny Williams, remember that one buddy?

Anyways, Tyson works Rahman over and makes him wish he never got involved with the fight game.

Doubt it it took Tyson 8 rounds to stop fat Neilsen. You're simply a Tyson fan that can't believe he was done by 05. I brought up South African Lennox because he clearly wasn't in the best shape but he still would beat McBride. Also Tyson declined a rematch with Williams.

Now you're just making **** up. How could Tyson decline a rematch when he went in for surgery on his knee and would be out for almost a year? Danny Williams took on Vitali for the WBC belt. I'm sure Tyson would've obliged. Don't be a fool.

Tyson was done before he went to prison.

    Also, Tyson always beats Rahman.

Tyson would have destroyed Rahman and Lewis knew it, that's why he went and stopped them from fighting. If Tyson took the belts off Rahman Lewis would never have gotten his revenge

Correct. King presented Rahman with some major money in a suitcase to face Tyson. In fact, Tyson's team jumped at the chance of facing Rahman for the Undisputed World Championship. No warm up needed, no second guessing.

Lewis and his team made a bee-line to stop the fight, as Lewis always did by getting the courts involved. They knew winning the belts back was in jeopardy and that even this version ofTyson would've destroyed Rahman.
