Mike Tyson vs Kimbo Slice this year?

I wouldn't doubt Tyson KOing Kimbo Slice, but Kimbo has taken everyone's punches well so far, maybe he does have a good chin. I'll try to watch him fight on Elite XC tomorrow then.

 

Yeah, YouTube made him a star, lol. How many belts/world titles has he won again? How many millions has he made? I sure don't see his face everywhere like a Tyson, De La Hoya, PBF, or anybody else, lol. Get off Kimbo's sack, man, you are embarassing yourself. ........but if it did, well look at Ray Mercer vs Kimbo...he thought Kimbo would just fight him with his fists...but he didnt even try - he's not that stupid. He knows he would have no chance trying to box a boxer so he took him to the ground and choked him out. If ever Tyson was in front of him..which is never, but say if for a moment he would try exactly the same thing - to wrestle him to the floor and submit him on the ground because he knows if he stays on his feet and tries to punch with Tyson that hes gonna get KO'd real bad.

 

Instead of Picking an Old Tyson, Kimbo should fight Fedor Emelianenko or his to scared to step in the ring with the prime fighter like Fedor. Anyway I think Tyson will take Kimbo out whith the first punch he lands on this Kimbo. Kimbo is a hype, he thinks by beating an old Tank and someone who I never heard off, he shows of like his unbeatable. Fedor will break every bone in his body if he will ever dare to step into the ring with the Greatest fighter of today.

 

He turned down the Holyfield fight, cause I bet the training was more than he wanted to undertake........ but this would not take the training that a boxing match would.

I still doubt it will happen, even though it was on the Yahoo front page earlier. it is people trying to make money in whatever way they can. I can't see this as being very appealing........its a cash grab with little real credibility to it. But I don't see Tyson as wanting to do it. He's too long out of the ring, and his last few fights have been bad experiences.........

i think kimbo would win now because mike tyson is outta shape and sorry but if mike tyson was back in his primetime i think he would win the but its the size that gets to me about kimbo.

won't happen- on the recent espn tyson special, it seems that tyson's is somewhat financially stable and he's able to pick up decent checks speaking and just appearing on tv and stuff.

that said, tyson'd be crazy to fight kimbo under mma rules. tyson barely has any drive to work on what he was once a master at (boxing), he ain't gonna learn any new skills. if he forces some type of "stand up" only fight (like morrison did albeit against a ham and egger), he could beat kimbo easy even at this stage.

 

I'm not the type of person who would tell someone how to make money. But a Tyson - Kimbo match up should not happen.

 

I would laugh my ass off if MMA's overrated hype train got knocked out by Tyson.

I hope for Tyson's sake that this is not true.
