Good to see you back mate, the forum's not the same without you around. And I agree with your prediction above!
Glad to be back mate - need to be careful as any criticism of DAZN UK is met with a ban under signal theft.
I don't know if Sykes ever crossed paths with Viv Graham but with regards Lee Duffy he was in Durham prison in the late 80's at the same time as Sykes but the screws kept them at opposite ends of the prison and if at any time they might come into contact with each other there were plenty of screws at hand, I wouldn't have fancied being the first screw into them two though. Graham and Duffy were two very dangerous fellas in the north of England and you'll know how they met their ends but you have to remember Sykes aswell as being a complete case was a pro heavyweight boxer who besides the drink was very fit and fought for the British title. His problem was the alcohol, pubs in Wakefield would basically buy him off with crates of beer if he'd just leave as the doormen couldn't manage him. I follow a guy on YouTube who has written published books and has a lot of content on the above men and is involved in a couple of movies that are in the pipeline about the pair, Paul Venis is to play Duffy. You'll probably be aware of that name aswell. If you want the channel let me know.
Excellent stuff. Thanks mate. Sykes was a champion weightlifter too. That man was a specimen for his time.
you on about solitary fitness? That book is hilarious at times, well worth a read There's some batty s**t in there but there is some gems in there for fitness and bodyweight training and strength whilst doing so If bodyweight/calisthenics is your thing its worth a read definitely
