Truth be told most of these guys would be taken out by any reasonable in shape guy, let alone a boxer. Whenever I'm in Waterstones I'll occasionally flick through one of those autobiography's of a 'self-confessed hard man'. Tends to read something like.

I've just pissed myself laughing so much. You have captured the 'zeitgeist' so accurately. The only exception is the book by Roy Shaw, who admits he would have lost to any even fringe world class fighter. Shaw is the only one of these clowns who deserves respect.

 

not that much though, his book is still full of posturing and boasting. I used to love Lenny Mclean and Roy Shaw, and once saw Mad Frankie Fraser doing a book signing (by accident), but that was when I was a kid. Now I see it as a bit pathetic being in and out of jail and good at beating people up on the street.

 

Tyson easy. It would be over so quick it would make Prescott Khan look like a long fight.

Tyson by stoppage. McClean would give it a good go but Tyson would pound on McClean until he stopped him.

 

Lenny Mclean, with his chin the air would be knocked out in a way he would never want to imagine inside the ring by Tyson or any decent heavyweight boxer actually. Lenny was a hard **** and could fight in the very well outside of queensberry rules but not in a boxing ring.

 

mcLean was sparked TWICE by a domestic level Light-heavy, something he omitted from his autobiography (funnily enough)

he was a HARD BLOKE. I'd doubt he could beat Martin Rogan, and that's not a sleight on Rogie either, just saying whoever the thread starters mates are..well, they clearly have no clue lol
