Mike Tyson vs Oleksandr Usyk objective resume comparison

Not sure on your comparisons, but I can see how you have the opinion that Usyk's resume is better than Tyson's. But let's be honest. Aside from maybe Fury, Tyson beats and knocks out all of Usyk's opponents. Fury still losses, he may see the final bell.

 

There's no real rhyme or reason to his matchup comparisons. Just random BS to troll.

 

Tyson has the better Heavyweight resume and is higher ranked than Usyk in the all time Heavyweight rankings.

Usyk has the better resume overall when you combine his Cruiserweight/Heavyweight achievements and he ranks higher than Tyson P4P.

But looking at your list I'm shaking my head at Briedis being ranked above Spinks that is absurd.

Spinks is a top 10 Light Heavyweight of all time and he holds one of the best single wins at Heavyweight dethroning a long reigning ATG Heavyweight champion in Holmes.

Spinks is miles ahead of Briedis in the all time P4P rankings.

I think it's also worth mentioning Tyson's wins over Spinks/Holmes when you put into context that Holmes/Spinks had over 30 world title fights and over 100 professional fights combined. And that Tyson was the only fighter to stop them both is very impressive.

 

I'm afraid that Tyson Fury has never been better than even the Holmes of the Mercer fight.

 

I would have almost all of those assessments the other way round lol.

People tend to underrate Tysons resume. He fought in a much better era. He also had well over twice as many pro fights as Usyk and obviously was a career HW even though hes much smaller than Usyk is. Fury, AJ, Dubois et al would 100% have come unstuck against some of the guys Mike beat.

 

i think ruddock beats everyone on usyks resume. no knock on usyk, thats just where the fruit hangs today.

 

He pretty much made the side by side comparison by pulling it out of his ass. It doesn't make a lick of sense. It's like something a little kid would say to join a conversation with adults...

 

Spinks doesn't rate highly at heavyweight. Beating Breidis at cruiserweight is at least comparable to beating Spinks at heavyweight

 

What top contenders did Ruddock ever beat? What are his impressive wins?

Ruddock appears very poor defensively. How is this supposed to work for him vis a vis big punchers?

 

Larry Holmes after the Mike Tyson loss still had a better career than Fury. No way Fury beats any version.

 

Moorer beat Holyfield and was a cw champ too. Rahman beat Lennox Lewis. try again.

 

You do understand the contenders Rudduck didn't or did beat means nothing to this set of contenders Usyk beat?

That's like saying since Mercer only won a minor WBO belt, Charles freakin Martin would beat him because his belt was more respected.
