I think Bowe had the size, and all the tools necessary to give Mike problems. Good jab, excellent uppercut, could fight well at range or on the inside. His right hand and left hook were top notch as well. Can't think of anybody who Mike actually beat that had as good an arsenal as Bowe. The problem with Bowe, however, was that he tended to have lapses in defense where the instinct to roll with shots just wasn't there at all at times, and he'd get hit as flush as could be. Prime Bowe was always able to get away with it, but he never faced anyone who had quite the power that Tyson had. If not for this one flaw, I'd definitely go with Bowe here. The way it stands though, I suppose Mike nails him at some point, gets him in trouble, and stops him, maybe between rounds 6-9.
Bowe’s leaky defense, as mentioned, will be fatal. Holyfield had him reeling from one good shot once. He was also openly terrified of Tyson which doesn’t help. Otherwise, as stated, Bowe had some great tools to defeat Tyson with.
