Wlad doesn't have Vitali's chin to risk getting into exchanges in the trenches with Tyson.

Great fight...it blows the stupid theory that Bigger 6 foot 7 Fighters now would destroy fighters from other Eras....Prime Tyson would destroy any of the Heavyweights fighting now and he would be considered to small by some.!!!

Wlad's style made it impossible for small heavies to get near him, Byrd, Chag, Mormeck, Leapai. I know they aint Mike but they never had much of a hope. If Mike did a KO3 on a prime Wlad it would by far his career win.

Vitali definintely more of a 'trenches' man than Wlad, Wlad was purely a range and hold type of fella.

Two different ways to knock people out. Tyson knocked boxers out landing punches (hooks, straights and uppercuts) which stunned, Vitali threw above all iron straight hands breaking faces, real butcher. Sure would have been a great match. For me Tyson in his prime wouldn't give a moment to breath to Klitschko, he really would beat him bad for rounds winning at the end for decision. However he could win also for KO. In his second when his power, movements, stamina, etc. werent the same anymore he would lose for TKO or injuries. Vitali would be too big for him in many departments.

Wlad is imo the best heavy ever At fighting smaller and faster Guys. He is fast himself, atg distance keeping, atg jab and atg power and atg smotheringand grabbing. He would be a horrendous stylematchup for tyson, but he could get surprised by tyson. Vitali would beat tyson to a pulp and win an ugly ud

Wlad hadn't a strong chin, Vitali had it.
So, Wlad would lose against Tyson in his prime for KO, sure...VItali not sure. In his second maybe would win Tyson for TKO (with a bit of good luck) or W.Klitschko for TKO or for decision.

Tyson from 86-89 wins easily. After that it would be 50-50 bout.
